Within Apollo Group, Inc. I have been teaching a soft skills training class titled "Dynamic Followership" since late 2005. Over time I have tweeked some elements of this class, and have honed some of the concepts. As it stands, this class has become quite popular.

 

I am providing the material created for this class for public use through The Followership Exchange. I have provided the PowerPoint presentation I use, the model I created and an assessment used to identify workplace flow and stressors.

 

In time I will better explain how the assessment works. It has been a great tool for personal and team development.
